What I Wear with $35 Budget

Most of my looks either sponsored by brands or purchased from wide variety of places. I can 100% say that I still love wearing clothes picked at vintage shops or street fashion market. Isn't it fun just to walk randomly checking out some cool stuff that you can't even find at any well-known shops. Even though I just did a research about H&M targets and its architecture during my MA class a few days ago, I am even more interested in doing some research about consumers' behavior at the normal markets yet fulled of many awesome clothing items.

One of the case studies can be me since I am absolutely assimilating myself with people who looking for unique clothes with the prices ranged from $ to $$. I don't really aim for anything when I go shopping because every time I feel like WANTING to buy something, I always end up at home with my bare hands lol Girls, you know what I'm talking about! Some people might think that being bloggers mean you have to spend much money in buying tops/pants/dresses/shoes and etc but nahhhh for me I only spend money on the products which I really like. I don't really pay $$$ for just a pair of shoes. That's ridiculous to me (except if it's made in a really high-quality fabric!)

Therefore, what I wear today comprises of sleeveless top, pants, sunglasses and necklace gifted from Majique London (This brand is taking over The Equinox Fashion for this month!) And overall look costs probably $30-$35.....Are you surprised!?

There are two factors when I decide to buy clothes; 1) Does the fabric worth the price? 2) Does the item suit with my street style? And the first one is very necessary for me because I am studying fashion marketing management, as well as, working in this industry for 3 year so I know that the actual budget of that product can be insanely cheap!

Why people reading your blog? X Majique London

Have you ever asked yourself “Why you’re writing your blog?” Some may create this online sphere as a hobby, diary or social media which they can share with friends or just for leisure time. Personally, I started blogging a few years ago when I was studying in university. I didn’t even feel like blogging would be something very crucial to my life because it’s just one of the internet’s tools which you can use for meeting new people and tell the stories. Sometimes, I also wondered what should I really blog since there are wide variety of topics to opt for such as lifestyle, fashion trend, food and etc. However, The Equinox Fashion has surprisingly started to unintentionally bring out my inner character bits by bits and make me who I really am today.

From my experience, blogging is like personal branding. Your blog is your brand, and to have such brand means that you have to stand out from the massive crowd. Nowadays, there are lots and lots of fashion bloggers, beauty vloggers popping up on the internet. So, the question is “how are you gonna make yourself become one of those bloggers to be remembered?"

I even started blogging by updating runway trends which I felt as if I had to force myself to come up with the topics. I don’t really watch or update with the fashion shows to be honest because I love mix&match items from street fashion market, or going out and taking snapshots from REAL people. A bag worth $1000 doesn’t make you become a trendsetter in reality. So how to become THAT blogger everyone keeps following?

You need to create something called “Your Personal Style” and stick to that as if style is your heart& soul. Many girls can wear a Simpsons skirt like what I am wearing, but the outfit with my skirt is going to be only look that represents my street style. You have to think of how to be different from everybody else and it will lead you the way, as well as, start disclosing your genuine character too. Like I said about “branding yourself” Stick to your signature, and growing the readers/audience by letting them remember “who you really are” Even though some may ask that to stick with your style mean you cannot wear something else? Yes, you can but it doesn’t mean that today you wear dress, tomorrow you wear street style, and the next day you become Parisian.  My advice is to cling to what your signature is. In one outfit, you gotta have something that tells “your story”

Moving Experience x Majiquelondon

Some of you may know that I have recently just settled down in Manchester, United Kingdom. Yes moving again! I was originally born in Bangkok, Thailand but my life is all about travelling when I was a kid but "moving" as in the age of 20s. From Bangkok to Chicago to London and now Manchester. I have been working my *** off just to save some money in order to accomplish on something worth a life time.

Working from being an English Tutor to Sandwich maker at Dunkin's Donut, now I have been working as a full-time street fashion blogger for The Equinox Fashion for 3 years. Also, I have just enrolled MA: International Fashion Marketing Management so that I can finally finish my master degree. My life right now can be compared to the boiling pot which mixed with many ingredients. I have many responsibilities to take care of not only just working on my website, but also taking my education to the next level. However, I believe that whatever I am doing right now is defo gonna worth eventually. I arrived London two weeks ago, but just came to Manchester almost a week ago. Therefore, supermarket is what I call the 2nd home lol There are so many things I need to buy, as well as, ingredients to cook. You know how hard it is to move to another city (or even another country for me!) when you barely know anyone. It has been tiring days but I guess this is what the meaning of moving.

After London Fashion Week I attended, now let's get the game of Manchester begin. For these five weeks, "Majique London'' is taking over the posts of The Equinox Fashion completely. According to the network of The Blogger Programme, a platform which allows bloggers/publishers to connect with brands, that's how I could get in touch with Majique London.

I have received loads of beautiful items I chose from Majique London, however, my looks are still going to be my streetstyle signature. I love the combination of cool street fashion and statement necklaces or any other accessories. It is all about how you mix&match what you've already possessed to be your own style. Every time I received an email about collaboration, I always have to make sure that those products are not gonna be a waste since some people only say yes to the brands just to be featured with them. And I don't want that to happen because it is not what The Equinox Fashion's been created.

London Fashion Week Outfit I x Erza by Zalora Thailand

According to the previous post about having an interview with Nataliebcoleman with her SS15 collection, I would love to continue posting about an ongoing vibe in London Fashion Week14 which I attended last week. However, let’s keep the other interviews and designers’ showcases for next week but taking a look at what I wear, shall we?

I participated in London Fashion Week this year for a few days, therefore one of my outfits was provided by Zalora Thailand with its latest launched “Erza collection” and the other one was from me and the earrings sent from UK based brand called “Orelia Jewellery”.

The Equinox Fashion has been chosen to be one of the style influencers by Zalora Thailand, an online shopping retail which offers wide variety of products from womenswear, menswear to accessories. I had been contacted by Zalora Thailand only almost a week before I left to London for the fashion week. Or I can say that the outfit had been delivered merely one day before I off to the airport in the next day. Whew! That was so closed!

As a style influencer, I wanted to make a difference this time by not wearing a monochrome outfit because I really love so many vibrant products from Erza collection. As a result, I chose the white blazer and summery palazzo pants instead. Wearing these two pieces together wasn’t only making me feel totally new but also gave me more chances to wear such boho chic look to the big event like London Fashion Week. I guess, it is really rare to see me not wearing my signature streetstyle look which is all about “black” items. I felt really great to see my own reflection in another style :)

Thank you so much Zalora Thailand for choosing me as a style influencer. Your Erza items are really wicked and stylish!

London Fashion Week: Nataliebcoleman SS15 Presented By Fashion Scout

London Fashion Week14 was so well-spent that I don't really know which collections or daily outfits to update first. This is the second year that I attended the shows but still the first time participating as press because I was working as a volunteer for POP PR before. That's why this time means a lot to me and The Equinox Fashion not just that I could be seated as a blogger but also able to meet loads of interesting people and had a chance to talk to them. And the very first person whom I had an interview with was the fashion label called "NATALIEBCOLEMAN" with her SS15

The latest collection designed by Natalie Coleman was exhibited by Fashion Scout at Fremesons Hall, London  "Be Still My Bleeding Heart" is very interesting since I really love a proper feminine designed in this collection. I had an opportunity to talk to Natalie, and I can guarantee you that she is such a sweet person/designer. She was eagerly introducing me to the collection and showing her hospitality during the conversation which not many people would do that. NATALIEBCOLEMAN's previous exhibition was hosted at Singapore, however, I didn't have a chance to make it. So to be here, back in London for Fashion Week and meet her at the same time's really made my day.

Even though I am more to monochrome outfit style, personally I think that this collection is quite practical for women in every day lifestyle. There are several intriguing pieces shown especially the beautiful texture and details made in each single item. Some skirts are even lighter than they look due to the fabrics used. I was very surprised when I touched them because they are absolutely lightweight! And that's the gimmick of Natalie which gradually makes her become one of a stood out designers.

The Equinox Fashion x Villains SF

If you have followed on The Equinox Fashion Instagram, you might be able to see my secret project with Villains SF Thailand, one of my favourite shops which provide wide variety of sick shoes/heels. Their selections can't get anymore crazier such as barbie doll heads, super spiky and etc. Also, I always purchase many Jeffrey Campbell shoes here at Villains SF. Therefore, I am still thrilled every time I think about the conversation between me and the team about "The Equinox Fashion for Villains SF" project.

The purpose of this photo shoot's to be added as the latest banner of the brand, as well as, a representative of the products with street fashion style. We did the shoot in two styles; 1)The pastel daydreamy dress provided by Little By Little with Kai 2) Faux leather jacket with another pair of Jeffrey Campbell. It was really a fun day indeed because I felt really struggling with the chunky heels from Kai since I hadn't worn high-heel for like ages! So, every time we walked around, I had to carefully walk as if I was a robot like one step pause then another step pause lol However, the another look went really smooth!( Maybe it was the look with sneakers, that's why!)

Farewell Party at Pla Dib, Aree

Last Saturday, I was hosting a farewell party under the name of "Holy Shit It's Bitch Farewell" at Pladib, Aree in order to have a blast with my friends for the last time in Bangkok, Thailand. Some of you may know that I'm moving to Manchester, United Kingdom in this week, therefore party is something that definitely going to happen!

I was really impressed by the hospitality of the staff at the restaurant, as well as, its food's incredible awesome! We ordered so many dishes including Salmon or even fusion courses. I had heard about Pladib for a while, and now it makes me realize why people are so crazy about this place. Not only high-quality of the menus but also the great time that I spent with my friends totally worth being a night to remember.

I will be landing in London on September 11th then off to London Fashion Week in the next day. I will be participating in the fashion week probably til Sunday or Monday before heading to Manchester. So, this is going to be a second time which I have such a great opportunity to be there. I still remember the days I worked as a volunteer for POP PR for the fashion week 2013, and now I'm taking part as a press for The Equinox Fashion. Not sure if I'm gonna go to the after party, but it is really tempting me.

Thank you so much for my based readers in Bangkok, Thailand. It's been such a great journey to be able to blog here. The fashion industry here is not that massive compared to those major capitals, however, it is such a lovely time to take this chance and do what I love.
